Shopping offers should be easier to compare.
Ship or Spend is a collection of free decision calculators for the moment when a discount, bundle, membership, subscription, or warranty makes a simple purchase feel complicated.
Who publishes the site
Ship or Spend Co. is the public name used by the independent team that publishes and maintains Ship or Spend. The team designs the calculators, checks the arithmetic, and writes the supporting guides. Questions and corrections can be sent to hello@shiporspend.com.
Why the site exists
Retail offers are usually advertised using the biggest-looking number: “free” shipping, 20% off, a yearly saving, or an extra item included. The meaningful number is the final cost. Our tools normalize competing offers and explain the difference in plain language.
Our principles
- Useful before clever. The answer and calculator come first.
- Private by default. Calculations happen on your device without an account.
- Current without constant updates. You enter the prices you see, so results do not depend on stale retailer data.
- Honest about limits. We show formulas and assumptions instead of pretending every purchasing decision is purely mathematical.
Independent tools
Ship or Spend is not a retailer and the calculator results are not personalized financial advice. Advertisement spaces are visually separated from calculator controls and do not determine the result.
