Effective September 10, 2026. Ship or Spend Co. provides browser-based shopping calculators without accounts or a customer database.

Calculator information

The values entered into our calculators are processed locally in your browser. We do not receive or store those values. A share link may place selected calculator values in the URL only when you deliberately use the sharing feature; anyone receiving that URL can see those values.

Basic site analytics

Our hosting provider may process technical information such as request time, page address, browser type, approximate location derived from an IP address, and security signals to operate, protect, and measure the site. We use aggregate traffic information to understand whether pages work and which guides are useful. We do not ask for your name, payment information, or shopping account details.

Advertising and cookies

Ship or Spend has applied to use Google AdSense. Google advertising code may be present while the site is reviewed. If advertising is activated, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to deliver, limit, and measure ads. Google explains how it uses information from partner sites in its partner-sites privacy information.

Before personalized advertising is served where consent is required, we will use an appropriate consent-management process and provide the required choices. Browser settings may also be used to block or delete cookies.

External links

Guides may link to independent services or official information. Their privacy practices are controlled by those sites. Ship or Spend does not currently use retailer account connections, affiliate checkout links, or embedded store carts.

Data retention and requests

Because there are no accounts and calculator inputs are not collected, we generally cannot identify or retrieve an individual calculation. Hosting and security logs may be retained for limited operational periods by the infrastructure provider. Privacy questions can be sent to hello@shiporspend.com or through our contact page.

Policy changes

We will update this page when our data practices materially change and revise the effective date above. We do not describe planned practices as though they are already active.
